We’re looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy marketer with a strong track record in digital acquisition, performance marketing, and customer engagement. This is a shared role across Sweden and Finland, where you’ll turn insights into action—planning and running campaigns, optimizing end-to-end customer journeys, and owning our marketing technology stack to ensure it remains secure, compliant, and effective.

You’ll work closely with local teams and stakeholders, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable growth and long-term customer value.

What you’ll do:

  • Performance marketing: Plan, run, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. Manage audiences, creatives, budgets, and conduct A/B tests to improve performance and scalability.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor funnels, conversions, CAC, ROI, and retention. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve acquisition and lifecycle performance.
  • Automation & CRM: Design and build automated customer journeys such as onboarding, renewals, cross-sell, and win-back flows. Maintain CRM integrations and ensure data quality across systems.
  • Web & SEO: Update and optimize landing pages, ensure correct tagging and tracking setup, and support CRO initiatives and basic SEO improvements in collaboration with internal or external partners.
  • Content & Social: Create and adapt content for digital campaigns, including social posts, banners, short videos, and campaign visuals, ensuring alignment with brand and local market needs.
  • MarTech & Compliance: Own and manage tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to regulations relevant to the financial sector.

What we’re looking for in our next colleague:

  • Strong digital marketing skills and proven success in driving results.
  • Experience with paid media, analytics, automation, and MarTech tools.
  • Fluent in English and either Swedish or Finnish.
  • Collaborative, customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work across both Sweden and Finland.

Practical information:

  • Start: As soon as possible, by agreement.
  • Location: Stockholm or Helsinki, with travel between the two countries as part of the role.
  • Salary: Monthly salary, set individually based on experience.
  • Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period.
  • Extent: Full-time (38.5 hours per week).
